The MIF is delighted that Dr. Francisco Pizarro Torres from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Escuela de Ingeniería Eléctrica in Chile has completed his research, and his ceremony was held at the office.

He shared many stories about his research stay at Department of Electronic Systems Engineering, The University of Shiga Prefecture, and the MIF was also glad to know he had a good time there.
