The MIF is delighted that Dr. Pawan Govil has completed his 6-month fellowship!

Dr. Pawan Govil (India) from Marine Micropaleontology and Geochemistry Department, Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeosciences, under Department of Science and Technology, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
He carried out his research under the supervision of Dr. Kaoru Kubota, Institute for Marine Geodynamics, JAMSTEC.

We held the ceremony for Dr. Govil, and he shared his experiences in Japan in his presentation. It was also great to have Dr. Kubota at the ceremony.
We would ike to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Dr. Kubo for his tremendous effort in hosting Dr. Govil. The MIF hopes this fellowship will be a good start in strengthening their relationship.
