The Ceremony for Dr. Hla Hla Win from Department of Physics, Loikaw University, Myanmar, was held at the MIF office in Tokyo.

She came to Japan while the strict Covid quarantine measures were being applied. The MIF is delighted that she has completed her research stay at Faculty of Education, Graduate School of Engineering, Gifu University.
