Dr. Rhoda Mae Simora (The Philippines)
Institute of Fish Processing Technology, College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, University of the Philippines Visayas
She conducted her research activities under the supervision of Dr. Tatsufumi Okino,
Faculty of Environmental Earth Science, Hokkaido University.
