The MIF held the Ceremony for Dr. Manuel Soler Nicolau from Railway research center at the Technical University of Madrid (Citef-UPM), Spain.

He has completed his stay at Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems, The University of Tokyo.

Also, it was a great pleasure for the MIF to have his host, Prof. Koseki, in the Ceremony. We had a great time together. Thank you.
