On March 14^th, a Presentation Meeting for Kyoto University was held at a hotel in Kyoto. Kyoto University will be a host institution for 7 MIF Fellows, among the total of 24 Fellows, during the academic year of 2018. All the host professors and the related personnel from the University participated in the meeting to receive our presentation about logistical matter for receiving the coming Fellows. The first 2 Fellows will be arriving in Kyoto on the 2^nd of April which is less than 3 weeks from today.
