Dr. Eduardo Alexis LOBO ALCAYAGA, 1987 Fellow and Professor at University of Santa Cruz do Sul in Brazil, was welcomed at MIF on the 15^th of January. This is his first time to return to Japan during the past 3 years. Dr. KATAYAMA, Executive Director, and Mr. WATANABE, Secretary General, received the Fellow and heard stories of Dr. LOBO ALCAYAGA’s research studies at Tokyo Gakugei University.
