On the 21^st of June, a reception to celebrate MIF’s Anniversary Year was held at The Tokai University Club. Dr. Tatsuro MATSUMAE, President of Tokai University Educational System and MIF’s former Chairperson, was welcomed as the guest of honor as well as nearly 50 guests who have been supporting MIF. A presentation to look back the past 40 years was made and many of the guests, with nostalgia, spoke about these 40 years and the future of MIF.
